The place is run by clowns. It’s just a joke there. They messed up on my prescription count and claimed they gave me 9 pills when they only gave me 5. Then they refused to call my doctor when I changed pharmacy’s to tell them they made a mistake. Eventually, they did. But still, if u cant count, don’t get a job which relies on that ability.

I was visiting family, and my husband left his prescription at home. I called ViaQX on a Saturday, asking for a transfer from a different chain. Within two hours, my prescription was transferred, and my insurance was called for a vacation override. I appreciated the fast and courteous service.
The doctor called-in my meds I went to Walmart walked around then went to Via drive though the lady told me it would be 20 mins longer we sit in there a parking lot for 30 mins then went back to the window she told us it’s going to be another 20 mins I told her I would get it the next dang day.

Pharmacy Velázquez 70-24 HOURS‘s pharmacy has been my primary pharmacy for about 20 years. Very professional and courteous staff. Love them.
I could believe how rude and hateful the staff is, including the manager. I went to the doctor yesterday. I have a double ear infection and a sinus infection. I am running a fever and just honestly feel like I have been hit by a truck. My mother went ahead of me to get some Mucinex D. But then walked off to get something else. Then my husband and I stepped up to buy the same The African American lady refused to sell to either of us. Even though we both had our ID and we were prepared to buy separately. So I asked to see the manager when I tried to explain the situation she was hateful and asked me if I expected her to break the law.. Well, of course not. I realize there are laws. I have not purchased anything behind the counter in over a year. It is not like we do this once a month. My issue is that we were treated like criminals.. When we most certainly are not. Just need some relief from this terrible cold. BTW… Mucinex D is what the doctor told me to buy to go along with my antibiotics and nasal spray. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing business that way. Their attitudes were completely uncalled for. Oh, and when we got ready to walk away, the African American tech then decided that she would sell it to us. I just wished her a Merry Christmas and walked away. I WILL NOT do business with that pharmacy again. This is not the first time that the techs, pharmacists, managers have been rude when asked a question about a certain medication. I am telling everyone I know,.DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They need to learn some manners and some customer service skills.

This is a new place, and the staff is completely rude. Wal-Mart doesn’t treat customers this badly. If you get a message saying there is a delay due to insurance and to call them. That’s what happened to me. I called lime; the text told me to, and the woman at Pharmacy Arenal 2 was the worse. She talked to me like I was stupid. This place needs new staff. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know about the disrespectful attitude we received at this location. If you call as the text tells you, they do not have a problem letting you know they don’t want to answer and questions. I was hung up on twice, and they made my husband, and I feel like we were a bother to have this location fill our meds. I will switch back to Wal-Mart until this location gets trained on customer service. If the staff don’t want to do their jobs or want to act like customers, bother then find new ones.
I am always having problems with getting my prescriptions. The system goes down way too much. Pharmacists are very friendly, though.
